How to transfer a Starlink kit to a reseller
Guide · Jul 06, 2026

Bought a Starlink kit and want to run it with SENY? Here is exactly how the transfer works — and when we can connect you immediately.
The quick answer
| Where your kit came from | When we can connect it |
|---|---|
| Authorized reseller (like us) | Immediately |
| Second-hand, no active account | Immediately |
| Bought directly from Starlink.com | After Starlink's transfer policy is met |
Starlink's transfer policy (the 90/120-day rule)
If your antenna was purchased directly from Starlink.com, Starlink requires one of the following before the kit becomes eligible for transfer to a reseller account:
- Use the antenna under your own Starlink account for at least 90 days, or
- Pause your service for 120 days.
Once either condition is met, the kit can be released and activated under our service.
What you need to do
- Fill in our activation form — kit serial number and your contact details.
- We check the kit's status and confirm the earliest activation date.
- On activation day you pick a plan — Global Priority, PAYG or VSAT — and you're online.
Good to know
- Any Starlink hardware works with us: Gen 2, Gen 3, Mini, Flat High Performance.
- We unlock terminals immediately, provided there are no outstanding balances on the antenna.
- Plans are billed per calendar month; mid-month activation is prorated — you only pay for the days you use.
