SENY MARITIME EOOD ("we", "us", "Publisher") is a company registered in Bulgaria, European Union. We publish the OceanLinkX Voucher Generator desktop application ("the App").

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the OceanLinkX Voucher Generator desktop application for macOS, Windows, and Linux, and to the related purchase / activation flow operated through LemonSqueezy.

It does not cover other services, websites, or business activities of SENY MARITIME EOOD, which may have their own separate privacy notices.

The App stores the following information locally on your device only (in the application's local storage):

• License keys you have entered
• A machine identifier (a device-specific UUID derived from your operating system, used to bind a paid license to a single device)
• Your in-app preferences (themes, brand name, saved presets, traffic-control password hashes, etc.)
• License activation timestamps

This information never leaves your device , except as described in Section 4.

When you activate a paid feature, the App sends the following data to LemonSqueezy:

• The license key you entered
• A device identifier ( machine_id ) used as the activation instance name

LemonSqueezy uses this data to validate your license and prevent fraud. LemonSqueezy is responsible for all payment, billing, and customer information related to your purchase. See LemonSqueezy's privacy policy: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy

• Your name, email address, or billing details (handled exclusively by LemonSqueezy)
• Usage analytics, telemetry, or crash reports
• Any voucher data you generate
• Any MikroTik router credentials, IP addresses, or network details

If you use the App's MikroTik integration, the App stores your router credentials locally on your device only . These credentials are never transmitted to us or to any third party. They are used solely to communicate with the router you have authorized.

The App is a standalone desktop application. It does not use cookies, third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or any web-based tracking technologies.

• Data Retention
• Local data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or manually clear it.
• Data sent to LemonSqueezy during activation is retained according to LemonSqueezy's policies.

As a resident of the European Union, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you (we hold none beyond what LemonSqueezy processes)
• Erasure — uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) — https://www.cpdp.bg

For data held by LemonSqueezy (purchase records, billing), contact LemonSqueezy directly.

The App is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly process personal data of minors.

LemonSqueezy operates from the United States. Their data processing agreements include Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU data subjects.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on our website.
