• The license key was copied correctly without extra spaces
• The license has not already been activated on another device Each license is valid for one device only . If you need to transfer activation, contact support first.

Reinstalling macOS or Windows may change the device identifier used for licensing. Please contact support and include:

• Your current operating system We will assist with resetting the activation.
